Thinking PINK
in October
To transform lives every day

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. All over the world, a sea of pink ribbons highlights the cause. Monuments are lit pink. And GE Healthcare Life Sciences is thinking pink — and taking action.

Fueling revolutionary research

We did it… Together, with our valued customers, we raised $75,000 for the Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF) last year.

This funds 1,500 hours of revolutionary research into the most common cancer in women worldwide. That’s almost 188 days or nine months.

Achieving our 2018 goal—$100,000 and over 2,000 hours—can move all of us that much closer to a cure.

Coming together

Our customers play an important role in helping us reach our donation targets.

For every pack of GE Whatman lab filtration products purchased in the month of October, we’ll give $1 to BCRF.

The GE Whatman product family is used in labs around the globe, supporting cancer research and other critical work.

* This program is sponsored by GE Healthcare and all donations will be made by GE Healthcare. GE Healthcare will donate $1.00 to BCRF for every pack of GE Whatman lab filtration products purchased, with a maximum donation of $100,000.
Whatman purchases placed through any of our GE Healthcare Life Sciences participating partners in Europe, U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico during the month of October 2018 are eligible.
