Give Your Ambulatory Practice The Edge – Just Like The United States Olympic Committee
Is your practice realizing its true potential?
The United States Olympic Committee and GE Healthcare implemented a dynamic Electronic Health Record and Practice Management system utilizing Centricity Practice Solution (CPS) that ultimately helped elevate Team USA’s performance. The customizability and interoperability of this progressive solution enabled Team USA to leverage patient data from various providers for detailed analysis and implement new workflows to improve patient care. In a constantly changing environment, CPS and its applications easily adapt to meet the needs of providers, as well as patients.
The combined efforts of CPS and supporting applications have enhanced clinical efficiencies, improved illness and injury prevention, and given Team USA athletes the edge they need to reach the top of the podium. GE Healthcare announced earlier this year that the International Olympic Committee (IOC) has selected CPS as the official electronic medical record (EMR) to be used by the medical teams of the Rio 2016 Olympic Games.

- Prevented injury and illness in Team USA athletes by customizing CPS to track key data.
- Enhanced clinical operations and improved efficiency with interoperability across applications in the Centricity portfolio and beyond.
