Claire is a senior research management professional, with experience of working both directly as an academic researcher and also as a senior research administrator.

Claire obtained her Doctorate in Neuroscience at the University of Oxford, and held research fellowships in Oxford and the United States before moving into a career as a research management professional.

Claire has supported a range of high-profile multidisciplinary and pan-Divisional grant initiatives for the University and has most recently focused on early detection for cancer and the use of AI for health care. Claire is now leading the delivery of one of these initiatives, as COO for the new National Consortium of Intelligent Medical Imaging.

Prof. Dr. med. Mathias Goyen is currently the Chief Medical Officer Europe for GE Healthcare. Mathias is responsible for leading GE Healthcare’s medical, clinical and evidence generation strategies for product modalities in Europe. Together with his team he provides leadership in healthcare economics and outcomes research and comparative effectiveness research to develop customer value propositions for new and existing products.

Mathias began his career as a diagnostic Radiologist in Germany. He was appointed Professor of Diagnostic Radiology at the University of Hamburg in 2010. Mathias’ previous experience also includes 5 years as Managing Director of UKE Consult and Management GmbH, a subsidiary of the University Medical Center Hamburg where he was responsible for the overall consulting and foreign business. Together with the leadership team of the hospital Mathias established a Comprehensive Cancer Center linking clinical medicine with new oncologic research strategies.

Mathias holds a medical degree from the University of Bochum, Germany. He has been secretary general of the German-Chinese Society of Medicine, Berlin, since 2005. Mathias lives in Essen/Germany with his family.

Nynke is an experienced commercial leader with a passion for driving change and innovation in Healthcare. Nynke works on the principle that Digital technology is an enabler to achieve measurable outcomes and sustainable impact for her customers and their patients.

She brings international experience from both mature and emerging markets to the business. She has an entrepreneurial mindset and builds her team around the principles of empowerment, trust and lean startup.

Nynke joined Aidence in September 2017. Aidence mission is to drive innovation in Healthcare by using Deep Learning technology and making it available to improve patient outcomes and drive costs down.

Based in Paris, Valere represents the EMEA region at the Intel Health & Life Sciences Global staff. Previously at Intel, Valere was Global Sales Director for the Pharmaceuticals industry from 2016 to 2018. Valere had joined Intel in 2014 as Health & Life Sciences Western Europe Director.

Valere got his start in Health and Life Sciences back in 2004 working as a Program Manager at AP-HP Greater Paris hospitals. Valere then worked as the Head of Sales and Marketing for Software Solutions at Thales between 2017 and 2010, then Project Department Director at the French Ministry of Healthcare agency for digital transformation (Sesan) between 2010 and 2014.

Valere is a PhD in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Bordeaux (2002) and he holds an MBA from the HEC Paris Business School (2014).

Simon has over 14 years of international experience in Marketing, Sales, Strategy Consulting & General Management.

He established himself as an expert in Marketing, Strategy and Sales working for GE Healthcare and for the boutique management consulting firm Daemon Quest, now part of Deloitte.

As Marketing Director in GE Healthcare, he is currently responsible for all Marketing activities in the Europe, Middle East and Africa for the digital and artificial intelligence portfolio. Before this, Simon hold various global and local leadership roles in the company such as Global Commercial Excellence Leader, Senior Manager Technology Partnerships and Marketing Manager.

He speaks 3 languages fluently and his education includes an MBA from IE Business School – NYU Leonard Stern School of Business, and a Masters in international Marketing & Communication from ESCP Europe.

The multi-professional MOMO team accompanies seriously ill children and their families from birth to 18 years. It supports them at home, both medically and psychosocially, from the diagnosis of a child's life-threatening or life-shortening disease to death & beyond. The service is free of charge for the families and largely funded by donations.
