GE Medical Systems SCS, located at 283, rue de la Minière, BP 34 78533 Buc Cedex, France, registered at the ‘Registre du Commerce et des Sociétés de Versailles’ under number B 315 013 359, doing business under the commercial name of "GE Healthcare" (hereinafter « GEHC »), organizes the Contest (as defined below).
GEHC organizes a contest aiming at demonstrating the benefit of the Endotracheal Tube Placement AI algorithm on a Participant’s clinical case in accordance with the following terms and conditions (“Contest”).
The Contest is opened to every user of GEHC service presenting as part of the European Congress of Radiology, including notably radiologist and doctor (“Participant”).
As part of the Contest, the Participant shall:
The Contest will take place from September 1, 2021 to October 31, 2022 (“Contest Period”). References to the times and dates of the Contest Period are CEST (Central European Standard Time) index. No Report posted on the GEHC AI Platform after the closure of the Contest Period will be taken into account by GEHC as part of the Contest.
The five (5) best Reports shall be elected by a neutral panel of experts (“Panel”), as part of the Contest.
Participation to the Contest shall be as follow:
Participation in the Contest implies full and unreserved acceptance by the Participant of the provisions as defined herein (“Contest Rules”). Failure to comply with any term of the Contest Rules may result in the exclusion of the relevant Participant from the Contest.
GEHC reserves the right to ask the Winners to provide proof of identity, age and exercise of his/her profession.
Only the Participants who meet all the requirements of the Contest Rules are eligible to be elected by the Panel.
At the end of the Contest Period, the uploaded Reports shall be reviewed by the Panel, that will elect the five (5) best Reports (“Winners”) with taking into account the following criteria:
Within two (2) months after the end of the Contest Period, the result of the Contest and the five (5) best Reports will be summarized and shared by GEHC with its internal customers.
No price will be garanted to the Winners.
GEHC may reach out to the Winners to discuss future partnerships around AI.
The Participant acknowledges and agrees that GEHC may use the data collected in the course of the Contest for the purposes described in GEHC’s Privacy Policy (https://www.gecares.com/GEHealthCare/resource/1448187012000/GEHC_Privacy_policy) which is incorporated by reference as if fully set forth in these Terms of Use.
GEHC does not guarantee that the GEHC AI Platform will function without interruption. GEHC cannot be held responsible for any technical malfunction of the GExray Website or the GEHC AI Platform. Participants cannot claim any compensation in this regard. GEHC cannot be held responsible if for any reasons, the Contest should be modified, postponed, partially or totally canceled.

Participants guarantee that they have the authorization of their employing institution (if applicable) and the relevant rights on Image and Report to participate in the Contest and to disclose the Report to GEHC.
The Contest is governed by French law. The Contest Rules may be modified by GEHC without prior notice in order to comply with any applicable law or regulation. Any question or dispute relating to the construction, validity, interpretation and applicability of the Contest Rules or even the rights and obligations between the Participant and GEHC in the context of the Contest will be governed and interpreted in accordance with French law and, in the absence of an amicable agreement, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris.
