Declining reimbursements, increasingly complex environments and personnel shortages are compounding issues for most healthcare organizations, including radiology departments. To combat these factors, many organizations are looking at ways to fairly measure and manage the productivity of radiologists and their workload.
During this interactive roundtable session, our panel of experts will explore and debate the real challenges radiologists and radiology groups are facing along with actionable strategies and technologies. Attendees are encouraged to actively participate in the conversation and will be invited to vote and select for the presentation topics.
Learning Objectives:
- Why reading groups should consider capturing and estimating the true productivity of radiologists
- What are the challenges and barriers to measuring and managing radiologist workload
- New methods of measuring and managing workload that can be used to optimize radiology group practices, provide fairer workload assignment, reduce stress and support greater radiologist work satisfaction
