Does my lead qualify?

Eligible Participants

  • HCD Service team members who are not on a variable compensation plan.

Eligible Submissions / Leads

  • HCD product/service solutions including:
  • NSI’s e.g. Productivity Assessments
  • Remote Monitoring (RMS)
  • Customer Training
  • Professional Services
  • Software add-ons
  • Upsells or New Installs
  • Hardware refreshes purchased through GE

Ineligible Submissions / Guidelines

  • Software license renewals, service contract renewals or updates, warranty conversions, or any auto-renewal
  • Quote revisions/refreshes - sales will already be aware of these opportunities and therefore not eligible
  • Service request or direct request from a customer – should go directly to sales through normal channels
  • Additional hours/parts/services to complete an existing install (that was left out of the initial quote)
  • Only the first person to enter the lead for the opportunity is eligible for the payout
  • Leads are not eligible if the opportunity is already being worked on by sales
  • All leads must be entered using the HCD Listen & Lead Portal
